Experteer Overview
As Project Supply Manager, you bridge Procurement and Programs to secure on-time, on-cost, and on-quality delivered products and services for Space activities. You’ll consolidate needs, define procurement approaches, and manage supplier selection and performance to support Space programs. You’ll coordinate cross-functional Supply Management activities and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role offers impact across missions from Launchers to Earth and Space Exploration while shaping procurement strategy.

• Align Programmes with Procurement through defined procurement strategies and approaches
• Organise tender evaluations and supplier selection/negotiation per project constraints
• Coordinate Supply Management functions (Contract, Commodity, Quality, Supplier Development) for proposals
• Ensure consistent application of procurement processes across projects
• Prepare cost brochures detailing Supply Management commitments
• Act as focal point for product-line/project procurement matters
• Deliver OQ/OT and related documentation for products and services




• Consolidate reporting on hardware cost, TCO, issues and risks for Projects/Products
• Manage HW subcontracted activities (EGSEs, Harness) with Programmes and MFTs
• Facilitate information exchange and lessons learnt between projects

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or finance
• Experience in Procurement, Legal, and/or Commercial environments
• Experience drafting and negotiating procurement and/or commercial contracts
• Experience interfacing with customers and suppliers and with supplier management, change processes, invoicing and dispute resolution
• Knowledge of procurement topics (supplier review, negotiation, export control, subcontract management, change management)
• Rigorous, autonomous, customer-oriented mindset and prioritisation skills
• English and Spanish at negotiation level
• Current work authorization (if applicable)
