In this freelance PMO Analyst role, you will support a large portfolio spanning Finance Systems, IT and cyber security to ensure consistent governance. You will enable visibility of risks, decisions and controls for leadership by applying and improving the portfolio governance framework. The position involves performing health checks, managing compliance reviews, and maintaining audit-ready evidence for finance and security projects. You will collaborate with project managers to close gaps and escalate critical issues. This role offers hands-on governance work with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives.

Responsabilidades
• 2-5 years in a PMO, project coordination, governance or risk role
• Working knowledge of waterfall, agile or hybrid delivery
• Experience applying governance or control standards in an IT or finance environment
• Clear, concise written reporting for senior stakeholders
• Confidence to challenge experienced PMs constructively; ability to judge which gaps matter
• Fluent English skills
