Experteer Overview
As Global Graphic u0026amp; Motion Designer you will own SQLI’s visual identity across international markets, ensuring a consistent, premium brand experience. You will create high-quality visual assets, motion graphics, and digital touchpoints to support global campaigns and corporate communications. You’ll collaborate with the Global Communications Lead and regional teams, while also contributing to employer branding and internal communications. This role combines brand leadership with crafted visuals that drive engagement and lead-generation.

• Own and evolve the integral brand identity with international guidelines for cohesive visuals across channels
• Conceptualise, storyboard and animate motion graphics, video intros, and social media assets to boost campaign engagement
• Build and maintain a scalable library of localized assets (banners, decks, whitepaper layouts) and set standards for regional adaptation
• Collaborate with the Global Communications Lead to translate corporate messages and executive presentations visually
• Support HR and internal comms with recruitment visuals,
employee branding, and culture communication assets
• Design visual concepts for international events, webinars, and general industry trade shows
Responsabilidades
• Education in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media or related field (explicit degree type not specified)
• Strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator; InDesign a plus
• Proficiency in Figma for prototyping; Adobe XD or Sketch a plus
• Bonus familiarity with HTML/CSS or CMS tools like Drupal
• Clear visual judgement with ability to justify design decisions; ability to manage multiple briefs across international stakeholders
• English fluency; French advantageous
