Experteer Overview
In this role you will turn people data into actionable insights to shape talent strategy and the employee experience. You’ll work within the People Analytics squad to support HR, Talent, Finance and regional teams with data-driven decisions. You’ll build automated dashboards, model data, and develop internal tools leveraging AI to accelerate people processes. You’ll ensure data quality and privacy while exploring new tools to raise the impact of People Analytics. You will operate in a fast-growing, global environment and collaborate across functions to scale Fever’s people insights.

• Serve as the reference for People data insights across HR, Talent, Finance and regional teams
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for key people metrics (headcount, attrition, compensation, performance, hiring)
• Write BigQuery SQL and model People data to ensure reliability and reusability
• Build internal tools and lightweight apps on top of data using AI-assisted development
• Design and validate AI-powered workflows over People data with strong privacy and access controls




• -own data quality and trace issues back to sources and fix them
• Explore new tools and methods to advance People Analytics

Responsabilidades
• 1–2 years of data analytics experience; People Analytics a plus
• Degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering or similar (Master a plus)
• Strong SQL and proficient with Google Sheets/Excel; experience with a BI tool (Looker or similar)
• Hands-on experience using LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini…) to accelerate SQL, scripting or app development
• Ability to explain findings to non-technical stakeholders and translate data into recommendations
• Sensitive data handling mindset, especially for compensation and performance data when using AI
• Fluent English; Spanish a plus
