In this Senior Solution Architect role, you design business-driven, future-ready ERP solutions within Roche’s Intercompany Supply Chain domain. You will lead architectural governance and end-to-end delivery across SAP-based capabilities, aligning with enterprise standards and product requirements. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to minimize risk, drive technical debt management, and guide live operations. This opportunity lets you influence the ERP roadmap in a globally impactful healthcare context and shape scalable, compliant solutions.

• Articulate architecture trade-offs to cross-functional teams and align business and technical stakeholders
• Drive ERP technology roadmap within the ICSC domain and lead POCs for emerging tech

Responsabilidades
• Proven SAP ERP implementation leadership with Intercompany Supply Chain focus (SD, MM, TM, GTS, Finance integration)
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and regulated environments (Pharma/GxP) preferred
• Solid SAFe understanding and experience in an enterprise setting
• Knowledge of QM, EWM, PP, MM beneficial
• Strong data modeling, integration patterns, and NFR framework experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-influence abilities
• Self-driven, hands-on problem solver with delivery team collaboration
