Join Innovamat’s Operations team as a software engineering backbone. You will design, build and own integrations, automation, and internal tools that Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance rely on. Expect a strong focus on clean architecture, testing, observability, reliability, and maintainability as we scale across markets. You’ll work across core systems to keep data and processes aligned, enabling growth that supports two revenue and student-facing platforms. This role offers meaningful impact by shaping how operations scale with technology.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Build and own integrations between core systems (Salesforce, Iterable, Classroom Manager, Jira, data warehouse) with robust error handling and monitoring
• Develop on the CRM platform (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows) and replace unsustainable no-code solutions with tested, maintainable code
• Design data pipelines and synchronizations to ensure system consistency at scale and diagnose data drift causes
• Create internal tools and services to automate manual processes for Revenue and Operations teams
• Adhere to engineering standards: version control, code review, CI/CD, environments, documentation, and post-incident reviews
• Participate in incident resolution and address root causes to prevent recurrence
• Evaluate build vs. buy vs. configure, communicating trade-offs clearly




• Collaborate with Engineering and Data teams to evolve Operations systems consistently
• Leverage AI agents and automation to accelerate development and design AI-assisted workflows
• Mentor colleagues with mixed technical backgrounds to raise the team's technical bar

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years as a software developer (backend or full-stack) with solid fundamentals
• Proficiency in at least one general-purpose language (Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java/Apex, or PHP) and quick learner for others
• Experience designing and consuming REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, and asynchronous processes with failure handling
• Strong SQL skills and comfort with data models and analytical data (warehouse, ETL/ELT)
• Experience integrating third-party SaaS platforms (CRM, marketing automation, billing, ERP) is a plus
• Good technical judgment, maintainable code, and understanding of when not to build
• Interest in the business side of what you build
• Early-adopter mindset with AI coding agents and automation tools
• High autonomy and ownership; ability to translate operational pain into reliable solutions
• Fluent English and conversational Spanish
• Familiarity with Salesforce development or other enterprise CRM is a plus
