Experteer Overview
In this role you will define and lead end-to-end technical solutions for complex Platform Engineering projects, aligning with client needs and T-Systems standards. You’ll steer execution across development, operations, and security teams, shaping IDPs adoption and platform-first delivery. You will drive DevOps, CI/CD, Everything as Code, and GitOps principles to ensure secure, scalable, and resilient solutions. This role offers the opportunity to influence strategic projects and act as a trusted technical partner for clients.

• Define optimal tech solutions for complex Platform Engineering projects (development platform, execution platform, SDLC)
• Evaluate and adopt technologies to improve Software development cycle
• Lead software development teams with agile practices
• Monitor code quality, performance,
scalability, and security
• Define and implement DevOps and CI/CD strategies (Everything as Code, GitOps)
• Lead asset creation to accelerate IDP deployment in clients
• Maintain technical documentation and standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, operations, security)
• Identify and manage technical risks with innovative solutions
• Support project planning and estimation with the project manager
• Position yourself as a trusted technical partner for customers
• Encourage iterative improvement of standards and practices
