Experteer Overview
As Marketing Operations Specialist, you will oversee end-to-end outreach, data quality, and market research to generate qualified opportunities for Keyfactor. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns, events, and workflows, while delivering analytics that guide commercial decisions. This role supports LATAM and Brazilian market initiatives, ensuring scalable, data-driven marketing operations. Your work will help shape customer insights and drive campaign impact through segmentation and performance analysis.

• Lead analysis of marketing performance to identify optimization opportunities
• Design and execute direct outreach for events, webinars, and brand activities
• Maintain high-quality marketing data with cleansing, segmentation, enrichment, and scoring
• Identify and implement process improvements to marketing workflows
• Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies for surveys and execution
• Lead advanced CRM segmentation for targeted campaigns




• Monitor campaign and event KPIs ensuring traceability and optimization
• Plan and coordinate market research projects including surveys and analysis

• Provide strategic recommendations to enhance campaign impact and market understanding

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Sociology, Business Administration, or Market Research
• Strong experience in marketing operations, data management, or process optimization
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
• Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Advanced reporting skills (Excel, Google Data Studio, Power BI)
• Ability to lead small projects and train peers
• Knowledge of industry standards and advanced methodologies
• Understanding of Brazilian market and fluency in Brazilian Portuguese
• Fluency in Spanish and English
