In this role, you design, implement, and optimize CRM systems to improve customer interactions and business processes. You will align CRM solutions with customer strategies while leading technical teams through implementations. You’ll craft high-performance, scalable architectures and guide cross-functional stakeholders. Responsabilidades
• Deep knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Experience designing efficient, scalable CRM solutions integrating multiple systems
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Experience leading and managing Agile/Scrum projects
• Experience with CI/CD and version control (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Jenkins)
• Ability to work independently and guide junior members
• Database querying for data extraction and reporting
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud; containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Security and compliance expertise (GDPR, CCPA) in CRM contexts
• Apex (Salesforce), JavaScript, .NET experience for custom CRM logic
• Strong REST/SOAP API integration knowledge
• Data analysis and reporting using Excel, Power BI, Tableau
• Understanding of data segmentation, customer lifecycle, personalization
