Experteer Overview
In this role you drive operational excellence, reliability, and security for Industrial IT systems in a production-critical manufacturing environment. You lead an IT Operations team, balance multiple projects, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations aligned with manufacturing priorities. You collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality on MES and equipment integration, while managing external partners to meet SLA and cost targets. This position offers impact in shaping MES and shopfloor IT during scale and evolution.

• Lead and develop the IT Operations team to perform effectively and sustainably
• Establish clear objectives, prioritization, and workload management for durable performance
• Ensure stable, secure MES (ISA-95 L3) and Level 2 systems in a production-critical setting
• Define and enforce IT Operations governance (incident, problem, change)
• Clarify interfaces across ISA-95 layers (L3 MES, L2 automation, L4 business)
• Serve as Operational IT counterpart for Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality on MES and shopfloor IT topics
• Manage concurrent operational IT projects (MES, RMS, CMMS, APS) with prioritization, capacity,



risk control, and on-time delivery using PMI/Agile
• Review and challenge technical/architectural choices with IT Architect
• Centralize operational communication and change requests
• Oversee external partners/system integrators ensuring SLA, service quality, and cost control
• Identify delivery risks and drive continuous improvement to reduce incidents and downtime

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 15 years IT experience, including industrial/manufacturing exposure
• Strong track record in IT Operations for production-critical systems
• Solid understanding of ISA-95 interfaces across L3/L2/L1
• Solid technical background in software development, system integration, and cloud/hybrid architectures
• Experience managing multiple concurrent operational IT projects
• Proven ability to lead and develop technically strong teams in high-pressure environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication; fluent in French; German an advantage
• PMI and Agile certifications (training/endorsement)
