In this role you drive the Screens global product line to support profitable growth and target operating income, revenue, and margins. You will partner with Ru0026amp;D, regions, and procurement to shape the product roadmap, pricing, and inventory strategy. You’ll balance technical excellence with commercial execution, leading a service-oriented team in a general setting. Your work supports MissionZero by advancing sustainable mining solutions and upgrades. This is a high-impact, cross-functional leadership opportunity.

• Manage the Screens global product line to hit OI, Revenue, CM and EBITA targets
• Collaborate with Ru0026D to shape product development for the Service Line and new/improved products
• Develop commercial strategy with Regions and Product Specialists for profitable growth
• Coordinate with engineering/execution functions for Service Line product delivery
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and growth opportunities
• Establish and enforce global pricing aligned with guidance
• Maximize margin while pursuing top-line targets and cost-efficient supply chain
• Work with Regions on sales strategies for growth




• Define global inventory levels, stocking locations, and sourcing strategies with Procurement
• Collaborate across Product u0026 System and other Service Lines for revenues including retrofits, upgrades, and services
• Partner with Procurement and Operations to optimize manufacturing quality and cost
• Lead Service Line team in alignment with leadership values and employee engagement
• Manage global installed base data

Responsabilidades
• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Science or equivalent experience
• Proven track record of service business growth and global product strategy development
• Strong commercial, financial, and legal acumen
• Strong leadership ability and influence-based leadership style
• Detailed knowledge of mining and minerals processing technology
• Good contracts management experience
