MISSION:

Manage and coordinate all operations determined to respond to service requests made by clients efficiently and according to the leadership style defined at Danokbat. Perform daily tasks safely and healthily. Take care of your safety and health at work and that of the people around you. Get involved in everything that means improving safety and health.

FUNCTIONS:

- Manage and propose improvement actions on customer technical complaints,



as well as maintain relationships with suppliers for their analysis, taking responsibility for decision-making in the execution of action plans based on the characteristics of the demands.
- Coordinate, support, and advise technicians in diagnosing and resolving machine incidents.
- Manage service projects, prepare and follow up on technical offers.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

- Education: Degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering.
- Languages: Basque B2 and English C1.
- Previous experience in technical assistance at the customer's site and equipment management.
- Dynamic and proactive person, autonomous and with the ability to work in a team.
- Availability to travel.
