Job Description

As a Sales Marketing Coordinator , you will support TOMRA Food’s EMEA sales organization by planning and executing marketing initiatives that strengthen lead generation, customer engagement, and commercial growth. This role combines structured project management with a results-oriented approach to ensure all activities align with business objectives.

What you’ll do:

- Support regional sales growth through targeted campaigns and engagement programs.
- Collaborate with Sales to design initiatives that generate quality leads.
- Create and maintain sales enablement tools, case studies, and compelling marketing content.
- Project Management & Event Execution
- Plan and coordinate TOMRA Food's participation in trade shows, exhibitions, webinars, and customer events across EMEA.
- Manage timelines, suppliers, budgets, and ensure events deliver an excellent experience.
- Oversee development and distribution of marketing collateral and promotional materials.

- Data & Performance Management

- Track and report KPIs,



campaign results, and event ROI.
- Use CRM and analytics to measure impact and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or equivalent. Additional years of relevant experience can substitute for formal education.
- Practical experience in marketing, preferably within a B2B, sales-driven environment.
- Skills in web content management systems and data analysis to track KPIs and campaign performance.
- Fluent in English. Any additional languages are welcome.
- Willingness to travel for exhibitions and customer events; valid driving license.
