About the role:

This role will focus on producing high-quality video content that captures product functionalities and end‑to‑end workflows for external, end-customer audiences. The videographer will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all recordings meet professional visual and audio standards and align with customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

- Record and produce videos demonstrating product features, functionalities, and user workflows intended for end customers
- Ensure high-quality video and audio output, including proper lighting, framing, sound clarity, and post-production quality
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand recording objectives and required workflows
- Edit and refine recordings to deliver clear, concise, and professional final outputs
- Maintain consistency in visual style, branding, and presentation standards across all video assets
- Manage recording setups (camera, audio, environment) and ensure readiness for scheduled sessions

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Videographer, ideally producing product demos, training,



or workflow-based videos
- Strong expertise in video recording, lighting, sound capture, and post-production editing
- Ability to translate technical or functional workflows into clear, customer-friendly visual narratives
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
