About the Role The Web3 Investment Portfolio Specialist will support digital asset investment research, venture portfolio analysis, and strategic evaluation of opportunities across cryptocurrency and blockchain ecosystems. The role combines portfolio performance assessment, financial modeling, tokenomics research, and investment risk analysis to develop data-driven insights into emerging Web3 markets. Working with investment research professionals, venture teams, and ecosystem stakeholders, the specialist will evaluate blockchain projects, monitor portfolio developments, and contribute to investment strategies focused on sustainable growth and risk management.

and emerging digital asset investment opportunities.

What You'll Do

- Analyze Web3 investment portfolios, asset allocations, performance metrics, and risk-adjusted returns across digital asset markets
- Research blockchain startups, cryptocurrency projects, decentralized finance protocols, and emerging venture investment opportunities
- Evaluate tokenomics, project fundamentals, valuation models, market positioning, and long-term growth potential
- Support portfolio construction, diversification strategies, investment monitoring, and capital allocation assessments
- Conduct due diligence on blockchain ventures, including financial performance, technology fundamentals, market risks, and project development
- Prepare investment research reports, portfolio performance summaries, financial models, and strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with investment and research teams to monitor market developments, portfolio company progress, and emerging Web3 investment trends

What We're Looking For

- 3+ years of experience in investment research, portfolio analysis, venture capital, digital assets, or related financial markets
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets,



blockchain technology, Web3 investment frameworks, and digital asset valuation
- Experience with portfolio analysis, financial modeling, investment due diligence, and risk management methodologies
- Familiarity with tokenomics, decentralized finance, blockchain infrastructure, and early-stage venture investment analysis
- Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities, with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with Python, SQL, or blockchain analytics platforms is an advantage
- Excellent research, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage priorities independently in a remote environment
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a related discipline preferred; CFA, CAIA, or relevant venture capital and digital asset experience is an advantage

Compensation

EUR 95,000–125,000 per year in proposed gross base salary, depending on experience and qualifications.
