Thomson Reuters is seeking a Senior Counsel to advise on and negotiate complex SaaS, software, data and technology agreements supporting the integral sale of Thomson Reuters products and services. You will be a hands-on commercial lawyer with deep experience on the supplier side of technology transactions. You will work with Sales, Product Management and other business teams to identify legal issues, draft and negotiate agreements, and provide commercially sound recommendations while ensuring
