I'm currently looking for an experienced SAP Success Factors Recruiting & Onboarding Consultant to support major talent acquisition transformation initiatives. This is a great opportunity for a senior consultant with strong implementation experience across Recruiting and Onboarding, who is comfortable working independently with senior HR stakeholders, solution architects and implementation teams. What you'll be doing Lead requirements and business workshops. Design and implement SAP Success Factors Recruiting & Onboarding solutions. Define and optimise end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes. Configure Recruiting and Onboarding modules. Work closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, Payroll and Finance teams.



What we're looking for 8+ years of SAP Success Factors experience. 3+ successful implementations across Recruiting and Onboarding. Strong HR/talent acquisition background. Excellent understanding of recruitment, candidate management, selection, offers, onboarding, compliance and reporting. Experience working in general or multi-country environments. Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills. Fluent English and Spanish. Location: Fully Remote Contract: 6 months initially, with potential extensions #J-18808-Ljbffr
