Experteer Overview In this role, you will provide expert HR guidance across Spain and Portugal, acting as a trusted partner to managers and employees. You’ll advise on employee relations, local employment law, and people policies, while supporting change initiatives and ensuring compliance. You’ll collaborate with regional HR and Legal teams in a dynamic, international environment, contributing to a positive employee experience and responsible business practices. The position offers hybrid work from Madrid or Barcelona and a chance to impact people strategy in sustainability-focused operations.

Compensaciones / Beneficios • Provide proactive HR advice to managers and employees across Spain and Portugal • Manage employee relations matters including performance, conduct, grievances, absence management, adaptable working requests, and workplace investigations • Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and company policies • Support organisational change initiatives, restructures, consultations,



and workforce projects • Partner with managers to address people-related challenges and build leadership capability • Advise on HR policies, procedures, and best practices for consistent and fair decision-making • Collaborate with regional HR, Legal, and business stakeholders on complex employee matters • Support annual HR processes including performance reviews, compensation cycles, talent planning, and employee engagement initiatives • Monitor legislative developments and assess impact to the business

Responsabilidades • Proven experience in an HR Advisor, HR Generalist, or Employee Relations role • Strong working knowledge of Spanish employment law; knowledge of Portuguese employment law is highly desirable • Experience managing complex employee relations cases and advising managers • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently while collaborating within a regional HR team • Fluent Spanish and English required; Portuguese would be an advantage
