Ersilia is seeking a hands-on Senior performance marketer who can move fast, test aggressively and scale what works. You will own paid acquisition channels end-to-end, work closely with leadership and play a key role in our next phase of growth. This fully remote position can be based globally given a +-4 hour time difference within the CET region. You will launch rapid tests across creatives, audiences, and funnels and monitor performance daily to drive growth.
