You will engage high-potential opportunities, conduct in-depth discoveries, and position Lucca's HR solutions as the strategic partner, driving value and ROI. You’ll report to the Sales Manager and collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Implementation to ensure seamless deal progression and successful onboarding, with 2 remote days per week.
