You will onboard new clients, demystify the custom production process, and bridge between clients, designers, and factory partners to ensure smooth projects. With 3+ years in CS or related roles, you will guide clients through manufacturing workflows, spot bottlenecks, and identify opportunities for growth while leveraging HubSpot and other CRM tools.
