Associate Product Manager Malaga (Hybrid, 2 days onsite) Permanent €45,000 - €50,000 p/a Our client are a Spanish IT consultancy with offices in Malaga and Madrid who work on a integral scale. They have recently gone through a slight restructure which has seen the creation of an Internal Tools & Development team who build the apps and tools the business use every day. That team is looking for an Associate Product Manager to work alongside a team of Software Developers and DevOps Engineers and steer things
You’ll be the person owning the priorities for the tools the team build. On a day-to-day basis this looks like:
Shape the product vision and roadmaps
Turn business problems into clear features, user stories and acceptance criteria
Work alongside the team and hold regular catch ups for planning, refinement, demos and retros
Check ins with product sponsors,
Account Managers and Clients to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders
Explore where AI and automation can help the team with the tools and how they work
Keeping an eye on priorities and what changes the roadmap when something moves
The Successful Associate Product Manager will have:
Previous experience in a similar Product role involving Software and Applications
Strong Software understanding of how tools work, user flows, software delivery practices, etc
Ability to translate business needs into structured product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
Proactive approach with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Comfortable with AI tools and knowledgeable around where they can add value to the products you are working on
