Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of software developers, fostering a collaborative and productive remote work environment. Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and deployment. Drive best practices in software engineering, including code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.



Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project scope, technical requirements, and timelines. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of applications. Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy for new and existing projects. Requirements

Minimum of 7 years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a team lead or mentoring role. Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C#). Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Solid understanding of database design and management (SQL and NoSQL). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, essential for remote collaboration. Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools. Benefits

Este rol es fundamental para guiar a un equipo de ingenieros en el diseño, desarrollo e implementación de soluciones de software innovadoras. Serás responsable de la arquitectura técnica, la mentoría del equipo y la garantía de la calidad del código y la entrega oportuna de proyectos. Esta es una posibilidad excepcional para liderar un equipo dinámico y diverso desde cualquier ubicación, contribuyendo significativamente a la estrategia tecnológica de la empresa. Key Responsibilities

Liderar y gestionar un equipo de desarrolladores de software, asignando tareas y supervisando el progreso. Fomentar un entorno de colaboración y promover las mejores prácticas de desarrollo, incluyendo revisiones de código. Experiencia significativa en desarrollo de software, con un historial probado en liderar equipos técnicos. Dominio de uno o más lenguajes de programación modernos (ej. Java, Python, C#, JavaScript). Sólida comprensión de arquitecturas de software, bases de datos y servicios en la nube (AWS, Azure, GCP).
