What you'll do

Help customers in Dutch and English by phone, email and chat

Resolve booking questions, changes and issues quickly and accurately

Deliver a friendly, high-quality customer experience

Document interactions and escalates complex cases when needed

What you need

Fluent Dutch and English (written and spoken)

Customer service experience is an advantage but not required

Availability for rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 00:00

Ability to travel to Athens, Greece, for onboarding

Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
