ALTA Vision is looking for a hands-on Floor Manager to join its manufacturing facility in Zaragoza.

This is a key operational role for someone who enjoys being close to the shop floor, the machines and the teams, and taking ownership of production from assembly through testing and final shipment.

Your role You will coordinate the day-to-day activities of the manufacturing floor and ensure machines are built, tested and ready for shipment on time and according to our quality and engineering standards.

Working closely with Production, Engineering, Purchasing, Logistics, Quality and Service, you will:

Translate the production schedule into clear daily and weekly priorities

Coordinate mechanical and electrical assembly, wiring, software loading and testing

Track the progress of each machine and proactively address bottlenecks or delays

Ensure materials and components are available when needed

Coordinate closely with Engineering to resolve technical issues and implement changes





Ensure quality inspections and testing are completed before FAT and shipment

Organize and prioritize the work of manufacturing technicians

Maintain a safe, organized and efficient manufacturing floor

Take ownership of machine readiness through final shipment

Your Profile

Experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, automation, machinery assembly or a similar technical environment

Good understanding of mechanical and electrical manufacturing processes

Ability to read mechanical drawings, BOMs and electrical schematics

Strong planning, organization and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage several machines/projects and priorities simultaneously

A practical, proactive and hands-on approach

Confidence working directly with technicians, engineers, suppliers and management

Experience with ERP/MRP or production planning systems is a plus

Spanish and English communication skills preferred
