Jobgether is seeking an AI Tooling Engineer based in Spain to build and scale an internal AI platform. You will own the full development lifecycle, from understanding user needs to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement. Work with Python, LangGraph, LLM APIs, and MCP to deliver production-ready AI agents and integrations across a globally distributed team. You will design secure, scalable cloud applications, optimize AI performance and costs, and ensure robust access controls.
