Blacksmith Agency is seeking an Applied AI Engineer to own and ship our internal automation roadmap. This builder role involves turning documented workflows into production systems on top of AI models, not training them. You will collaborate with engineering and delivery leadership to ship automation across the stack, leveraging LangChain, LangGraph, and API integrations with OpenAI and Anthropic. Previous production AI work is essential.
