CRM & Engagement Specialist

for our international team based in Barcelona. Role Purpose

Own CRM and engagement campaigns end-to-end, from planning and audience selection to execution, testing, analysis and reporting. Responsible for newsletters, communication plans, product launches, promotional campaigns, and other customer engagement initiatives across multiple markets. Key Responsibilities

Manage the CRM campaign calendar from planning through performance reporting. Plan, build and deploy newsletters, product launch communications, communication plans and ad hoc commercial campaigns. Define campaign targeting and prepare customer audiences using segmentation and business requirements. Coordinate campaign creative development,



agency briefs and asset delivery. Adapt campaigns for local markets across multiple regions. Execute A/B tests and commercial experiments to improve engagement and conversion. Monitor and report campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations. Support Customer Service communications, including informational and incident-related customer messaging. During peak trading periods, support lifecycle automation programs and CRM operational activities. Ensure campaigns comply with brand, legal, privacy and customer communication standards.
