Key responsibilities/tasks:

Prepare, manage, and verify international export and trade documentation (invoices, packing lists, origin certificates, customs forms, and health certificates). Coordinate international shipping operations, liaising directly with freight forwarders, carriers, and the operations department to ensure timely dispatch and delivery. Work together closely with Sales, Administration, Finance, and Operations to streamline order processing and ensure smooth cross-departmental workflows. Monitor export shipment status, maintain accurate tracking records, and ensure strict compliance with destination country import/export regulations. Provide back-office administrative support and assist in resolving logistics or documentation related customer inquiries. What we offer:
