About The Role We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Real Estate Agent to help clients buy, sell, and rent properties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, building relationships, negotiating, and working in a dynamic real estate environment. You will work with property owners, buyers, and tenants while developing your client portfolio and supporting transactions from initial contact through closing.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties

Develop and maintain relationships with property owners and clients

Identify new business and property opportunities

Conduct property viewings and present available properties

Respond to inquiries and follow up with prospective clients

Prepare property information, listings, and sales materials

Negotiate offers and support clients throughout transactions

Maintain accurate client and property records

Coordinate appointments, viewings, and transaction activities

Monitor local real estate market trends and property values

Work toward individual and team sales targets

Provide professional customer service throughout the sales process

Qualifications





Previous experience in real estate, sales, customer service, or a related field is an asset

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Confident negotiation and relationship-building abilities

Customer-focused and professional approach

Good organization and time-management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, and online property platforms

Valid driving licence is an asset

Knowledge of the local property market is an asset
