SWOT Hospitality is seeking an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Manager for Nirema Samos Hotel & Spa - MGallery Collectionto lead and oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service standards and memorable dining experiences in line with the expectations of a luxury hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and other dining facilities. Ensure consistent delivery of high service standards and exceptional guest experiences across all F&B; outlets. Lead, motivate, train, and develop the F&B; team, fostering a culture of professionalism, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Work closely with the Executive Chef to ensure excellent food quality, menu consistency, presentation, and smooth kitchen-to-service coordination. Monitor guest feedback and implement initiatives to enhance satisfaction and service quality. Manage departmental budgets, revenue forecasts, operating costs, and profitability. Monitor key performance indicators, including food and beverage costs, labor costs, average check, and revenue performance. Ensure effective inventory management, purchasing, stock control, and supplier relations.



Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and improve operational efficiency. Oversee staff scheduling, productivity, and workforce planning according to business levels and operational requirements. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health and safety regulations, and company standards. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and a consistent luxury guest experience. Contribute to the development of innovative F&B; concepts, special events, and experiences that reflect the hotel's identity and positioning. Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or in a similar senior F&B; leadership role, preferably in a luxury hotel or upscale resort. Strong knowledge of restaurant, bar, and hotel F&B; operations. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and manage multicultural teams. Solid understanding of budgeting, cost control, revenue management, and financial reporting. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. A strong guest-oriented mindset with exceptional attention to detail. Passion for gastronomy, beverage culture, and contemporary hospitality trends. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, seasonal environment. Fluency in English; knowledge of Greek and additional languages will be considered an advantage.
