Establish automated preprocessing workflows for data augmentation across heterogeneous imaging protocols, and standardised input/output formats for modelling

- Refine 3D reconstruction pipeline across heterogeneous clinical environments

- Enhance fast-computing biomechanical predictions

Qualifications

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

a. Hold a PhD degree (Doctorate).

b. Not have been dismissed through disciplinary proceedings from the service of any public administration, nor be disqualified by a final judgment from exercising public functions. In the case of being a national of another country, not be disqualified or in an equivalent situation, nor have been subjected to a disciplinary sanction or equivalent that prevents, in their country and under the same terms, access to public employment.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

- Academic background in biomedical,



mechanical, or civil engineering, or equivalent.
- Have completed a PhD thesis in the field of finite element modeling of the spine.
- Proven experience in using machine learning techniques for patient stratification.
- Proven experience in personalized modeling of organs and tissues.
- Professional level of written English and Spanish for effective communication with project collaborators.
- Ability to start immediately once the selection process is resolved.
