In this role you enable data-driven decision making for the Everyday Banking product at a leading Fin Tech. You work with cross-functional teams to monitor, evaluate and guide product initiatives, shaping strategy and learning culture. You’ll build and maintain analytics foundations, dashboards and test plans to support experimentation and self-serve data usage.

- Set clear, measurable targets for initiatives and improve forecasting
- Be the internal data partner for product teams and stakeholders
- Design and analyze A/B tests and experiments; deliver actionable insights and documentation
- Contribute to a self-serve data platform by collaborating with technical peers
- Build and maintain dashboards to monitor weekly OKRs and impact
- Foster data literacy through training and workshops




- Collaborate with other analytics teams to share platforms and insights
- Support discovery of new product ideas and identify user friction points and opportunities
- Ensure data capture for future evaluation via tracking events and backend services
- Lead quantitative analysis for your segment and drive business discovery

Responsabilidades

- 3+ years of experience in Product or Analytics
- Strong understanding of statistical methods for experimental and observational data
- Proficiency in SQL and Python or R
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Metabase, Looker, Superset)
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Experience with A/B Testing and Product Analytics
- Desirable: fintech, cards/payments domain experience, quantitative research, AI analytics
