In this role you help lead the reinvention of organizations through data and technology, focusing on designing and scaling data foundations for analytics, AI, and agentic solutions within Supply Chain and Operations. You will drive data-driven transformation, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and shape reusable, governed data products that unlock business value.

This is a hands-on leadership role with client interaction, delivery ownership, and opportunities to advance data, AI, and governance capabilities. You will work at scale on complex data programs with meaningful impact on operations.

- Lead data-driven transformation projects across Supply Chain and Operations
- Translate business problems into scalable data foundations and data products to enable value
- Design, build, and evolve data products that are governed, reusable, and AI-ready
- Lead data management, harmonization, and semantic modeling across complex datasets
- Support and lead data strategy, governance activities including data definitions, quality rules, metadata, and lineage
- Contribute to agentic AI solution design to augment data and processes
- Oversee analytics and reporting layers, including self-service and data-access experiences
- Collaborate with data engineers, AI specialists, architects,



and business stakeholders
- Support project proposals and go-to-market initiatives
- For Manager: lead project teams, own client delivery, and drive sales and go-to-market efforts

Responsabilidades

- 4–6 years of experience in data, analytics, AI, or consulting for Consultant
- 7+ years for Manager role, with team or delivery leadership and client-facing experience
- Strong understanding of data modeling, SQL, and modern data management
- Hands-on experience with data u0026 analytics tools such as Cloud platforms, Databricks, Power BI, SQL-based platforms, Python
- Exposure to data governance, data quality, and metadata concepts
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing communication skills
- Experience applying AI and agentic AI to data and business processes
- Consulting mindset, flexibility, and ability to work in cross-functional, multicultural environments
- Strong ownership and results-driven mindset
