Responsabilidades• Engineering or Architecture degree with Master Habilitante• Minimum 5 years experience in building u0026 construction/infrastructure projects (10+ years preferred) as field engineer or technical project manager• Strong building background with project/planning management, quality assurance, procedure follow-up, and administration/license management• Advanced English (negotiation level)• Excellent communication and leadership, team management, customer focus, and continuous improvement• Nice to have: experience managing construction projects in the industrial sector
