Experteer Overview In this hybrid Barcelona role, you lead vendor management for clinical trials, ensuring timely, compliant study outcomes through general vendor strategies.

You act as the study-level vendor lead within the Clinical Trial Team, coordinating with cross-functional partners to translate protocols into vendor needs and protect study timelines and quality.

You drive risk management, budgeting, and site activation from a vendor perspective, shaping trial success in oncology-focused programs.

Compensaciones / Beneficios• Single point of contact for vendor service delivery at the study level• End-to-end oversight of vendor deliverables across major categories• Translate protocol requirements into vendor specifications and SOWs during start-up• Oversee vendor financials: forecasting, budgeting, invoicing, purchase orders• Ensure key vendor deliverables and documentation for study start-up• Lead UAT activities for vendor systems (eCOA, IRT)



and contribute to system validation• Drive site activation from a vendor perspective and manage lifecycle risks• Manage vendor performance against KPIs and implement corrective actions

Responsabilidades• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or equivalent; advanced degree preferred• Minimum 3 years’ clinical operations experience with vendor oversight• Strong knowledge of GxP and ICH regulations• Proficiency in vendor management, contracting, and site collaborations• Experience with UAT for eCOA and IRT systems• Results-driven with track record of on-time project delivery• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills• Strong networking, collaboration, and decision-making abilities• Oncology domain knowledge is highly beneficial
