Experteer Overview In this role you will strengthen the quality and performance of Roche Digital Solutions by handling medical software complaints and safety issues.

You will work in a transversal, Agile environment, collaborating with experts to investigate root causes while leveraging code understanding and data analytics to improve product reliability.

You will influence case resolution and sustain open communication with stakeholders, contributing to a culture that values diverse voices and continuous improvement.

This position offers exposure to on-premise and cloud-based systems across HIS/LIS, middleware, apps, and algorithms, with a meaningful impact on patient care.

Compensaciones / Incentivos• Handle medical software complaints, safety issues, and product inquiries for software products (on premise, cloud, mobile,



apps)• Independently manage standard cases through their lifecycle and escalate or transfer complex issues to development• Serve as a technical expert, reading source code to identify root causes of malfunctions• Consult with senior experts on technical and process aspects as needed• Communicate essential quality information to stakeholders in a timely manner• Leverage automation and data analytics to enhance case handling and monitor product performance

Responsabilidades• Degree in Computer Science or IT-related field• 2+ years of software engineering or IT support experience (desired)• Strong ability to read and navigate source code in multiple languages• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)• Automation skills and data analytics experience (a plus)Requisitos principales•
