Compensaciones / Ventajas• Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue growth• Own revenue, margin, and volume targets through high-velocity transactional sales• Drive day-to-day sales execution, conversions, and closures• Maintain healthy pipeline and improve conversion rates and velocity• Manage relationships with distributors, partners, resellers, and customers• Drive demand generation through campaigns, bundles,



and sales plays• Provide accurate weekly/monthly forecasts and manage gaps• Improve sales productivity and CRM discipline• Identify new products, customers, and routes to market for incremental revenue• Collaborate with marketing, distribution, operations, and finance• Coach and develop sales personnel; set clear targets and accountability• Monitor performance metrics (revenue, bookings, margin, win rate, deal size)• Plan and execute growth opportunities aligning with business goals
