Experteer Overview As a Technical Manager, you will provide technical leadership for engineering and technological projects within Airbus Helicopters Spain.

You will translate customer and program requirements into actionable specs, select key technologies, and manage schedules, budgets, and risks.

Ops and product specs• Select and approve technologies; run trade studies and development options• Define and maintain WBS, development schedules, and risk management plans• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, CoCs,



and external partners across project phases• Monitor progress and drive timely issue resolution• Manage maturity gates, risks, opportunities, and escalation procedures• Serve as central engineering contact for PMO, Finance, Procurement, Quality, Manufacturing, Services, and external stakeholders• Support engineering resource budgets and verify availability with functional managers and finance• Lead engineering proposal generation, including SoW and effort estimations• Drive continuous improvement in engineering efficiency via agile practices and governance• Collaborate to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and quality
