Experteer Overview In this role you will define and lead a global compensation strategy to attract, motivate, and reward employees across countries and functions.

You’ll shape job architecture, salary structures, and pay practices aligned with business priorities and values, while ensuring equity and compliance.

You’ll drive market benchmarking, pay transparency, and Mu0026amp;A integration, turning complex data into clear business recommendations.

You’ll collaborate with HR, Total Rewards, and business leaders to impact the employee experience on a global scale.

Compensaciones / Ventajas• Set and lead the global compensation strategy across regions and local contexts• Own the global compensation framework including job architecture, leveling, and salary structures• Manage annual compensation cycles (merit, bonus, equity) with tools, timelines, and communication• Oversee market benchmarking, pricing, and survey participation to support competitive pay• Provide compensation guidance to HR, Total Rewards,



and executives on offers and retention• Ensure compliance with global compensation regulations and pay transparency requirements• Collaborate with regional teams to maintain pay competitiveness and effective program execution• Deliver analytics and dashboards for pay equity, reporting, and data-driven decisions• Lead global compensation due diligence and integration for Mu0026A activities• Represent Jet Aviation in industry groups, regulatory bodies, and the GD network

Responsabilidades• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related discipline• At least 7 years of HR and compensation experience• Proven track record designing and administering compensation programs aligned with strategy• Knowledge of international regulatory environments affecting compensation• Strong Excel and HRIS proficiency• Robust project management and prioritization abilities• Clear written and verbal communication; strong stakeholder collaboration• Analytical, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset• Collaborative and cross-cultural work style• Values aligned with Jet Aviation's Trust, Honesty, Alignment, Transparency
