Experteer Overview In this role you join a multinational finance team based in Madrid, supporting the international finance function and reporting to the Country Finance Manager.

You will lead month-end closing, ensure accurate reporting, and perform financial analysis across businesses and functions to drive insights and performance.

You’ll support control, compliance, and data quality, collaborating with teams across India, France, and Africa to enable informed decision-making.

The role offers exposure to forex hedging, scenario planning, and cross-border financial processes.

Compensaciones / Incentivos• Perform month-end closing to ensure timely MIS reporting for businesses/functions• Support preparation of financial reporting packages with reconciliation and data accuracy checks• Verify and validate reporting data in financial systems and tools• Analyze overheads, absorption variances, and investigate root causes• Conduct cost-benefit analyses; deliver ad-hoc/regular reports on orders, revenue margins,



inventories, NWC, and cash flow• Perform overdue analyses and follow-ups on disputes; provide forex hedging support• Reconcile balance sheet accounts; manage APOC/vendor invoice follow-ups• Maintain accruals and provisions; develop financial analyses for scenario planning• Assist in data preparation for Business Reviews; ensure audit trails and SOPs• Ensure internal controls align with Group and unit requirements; support audits and surveys across the global network

Responsabilidades• 2-3 years of experience in financial controlling and analysis• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail• Ability to work in a multicultural environment• French language skills are a strong plus
