Amazon Business is reinventing how organizations of every size—from sole proprietors to global enterprises—discover, buy, and manage what they need to run. We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to own the end-to-end experience across our core buying surfaces and help shape where business procurement goes in an AI-native world.
You'll work with Product, Engineering, Research, and Conversational Design to turn ambiguous, large-scope problems into experiences that are simple, trustworthy, and measurably better for business customers. This is a senior individual contributor role: you'll set the design direction for complex problems where requirements and technical feasibility aren't yet defined, drive cross-team alignment, and raise the craft bar for the designers around you.

The adecuado candidate pairs strong product thinking with rigorous craft, is fluent moving between qualitative and quantitative signals, embraces AI tools to iterate prototypes with partners and customers, and leads partners and leaders to critical strategic decisions.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead the design of business specific features on top of Amazon.Com store capabilities, from framing to detailed design and launch, contributing to define the strategy.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to shape requirements, make high-judgment trade-offs, and ensure designs
