What will your day to day be like?





- Collaborate and lead some of our 'Values-Based Recruitment' processes (writing profiles, curricular screening, phone and face-to-face interviews, writing reports, values assessments, etc.)
- Collaborate with our consultancy services, both with national and international customers
- Business development activities
- Promote new ideas to innovate and grow
- Help us to develop our business model, contacting people to change the Human Resources sector.
- Ensuring an unique client and candidate experience to contribute to our organizational purpose
- Learn all you can and teach us all you want
