Cybersecurity Specialist – Protecting Digital Assets

Location: Spain (Hybrid – Madrid or Barcelona)
Sector: Cybersecurity & Risk Management
Experience Required: 5+ years in cybersecurity roles (SOC, pentesting, security architecture)
Languages: Spanish & English
Qualification: Bachelor’s in IT, Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, OSCP) highly valued

Position Overview

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Specialist to design, implement, and monitor security solutions that safeguard company systems and data. The role will contribute to building a proactive cybersecurity culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities.

- Conduct risk assessments and penetration testing.

- Implement Zero Trust, IAM, and data protection measures.





- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, GDPR, and other security standards.

- Train employees and raise awareness of security practices.

What You Bring:

- Hands-on experience in SOC operations, incident response, or ethical hacking.

- Strong knowledge of firewalls, SIEM, endpoint protection, and IAM solutions.

- Ability to assess threats and design mitigation strategies.

- Analytical mindset and ability to communicate risks to non-technical teams.
