What you will do:

The Roles Key Responsibilities

As an eDOer you will have clear objectives great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers As a Lead Engineer you will be in charge of:

- Working with topnotch native tech stack iOS: Swift VIPER Clean Architecture XCTestsUnit tests Snapshot Tests and UITests Cocoapods Fastlane Jenkins and CircleCI Android: Kotlin Retrofit Apollo for GraphQL MVP and MVVM SOLID Clean Architecture DI with Dagger Unit Tests Roboletric UI Tests Espresso by Robot Pattern and Gherkins Whitelabel with 4 Flavours
- Collaborating with Product Business Architecture Data Science to shape the technical strategy and evolution of the Prime domaib define the technical strategy for your modules and ensure their optimal performance
- Helping your team translate functional specifications into highperformance logical technical design and code and split the work into smaller tasks that add quick value to customers
- Promoting our standards of technical excellence innovation and continuous improvement




- Leading a high performing cross functional agile team of 710 experienced software engineers and developers
- Taking an active role in finding and hiring the best talent available in collaboration with our recruiters and onboard new joiners into our culture of high performance collaboration and growth
- Managing performance setting goals and prioritising work for your team balancing the capacity of the team
- Establish a sense of identity engagement and belonging in your team and improve team dynamics in collaboration with your dedicated agile coach
- Act as a mentor helping others develop their skills and professional career
- What you need to succeed:

Must have

Knowledge and experience with coding OO design system design performance tuning performance engineering design patterns data modelling Code base knowledge Knowledge and experience with distributed concurrent and scalable systems Experience with Applied AI Tools: Demonstrated comfort using practical AI tools such as GitHub Copilot ChatGPT or other AIpowered coding assistants Experimentation Mindset: Curiosity and eagerness to explore experiment with and integrate emerging AIdriven solutions into software development workflows Bring your unique perspective speak up and offer disruptive solutions Youll have the opportunity to learn and grow while making a real impact on our team Ability to take fast and data driven decisions Strong communication and influencing skills Ability to live and transmit our values Intense focus on what delivers customer value High standards around quality and technical excellence in coding Developing and growing self and others Presenting with confidence to both technical and non technical audiences
