We are looking for an HR Trainee to join our team and support the development and implementation of the HRforYOU ticketing system across the EMEA region. This role is designed as a learning opportunity within an international and growing HR environment to gain hands-on experience in HR digitalization and international project management. As part of your learning journey, you will:
- Support the collection of local HR requirements from different countries
- Participate in project meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Contribute to system setup, testing, and continuous improvement
- Support the standardization of HR processes across the region
- Assist in defining and monitoring SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
- Work closely with HR stakeholders and Centers of Expertise across multiple countries
THE PROFILE
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Master’s degree in HR or similar will be highly valued
- Strong interest in HR systems and digital transformation
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Fluent in English, and Italian.
Conditions:
- Full-time internship (Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, including 1 hour lunch break)
- Versátil start and end times

- Compensation: €850 gross/month (full-time), including lunch allowance
