Your qualifications

We believe you will thrive in this role if you:

- Have 2 - 4 years hands-on experience as a Business Analyst/ Product Owner/ Project Manager, or similar.

- Enjoy talking to customers, mapping processes, and getting to the heart of what they really need. Communicate with clarity, empathy, and a positive mindset.

- Can translate insights into user stories, process diagrams, prototypes, or functional documentation .

- Familiar with agile methodology, defining and guiding sessions, backlogs definitions and delivery, but can also work with structured processes when needed. (Agile/Scrum or Waterfall)

- Have experience with enterprise or business systems (ERP exposure is very beneficial).

- Are open to learning about the world of cloud-based SAP extensions ( No technical knowledge needed but curious to fit on their language)

- Are fluent in English and Spanish .

- Applicants must have the right to work in the EU

The compensation package includes:

- Gross salary in the range of 35k€ - 40k€ based on experience and value contribution
