CORE: Prime Research and Intelligence
Research and Intelligence
Manage the strategic research roadmap across the Prime lifecycle acquisition onboarding engagement adoption retention Prioritize key research to guide Prime strategy growth revenue and experience Execute endtoend generative evaluative and mixedmethods research Synthesize user feedback behavioral data and research into actionable insights Maintain an Evidence and Opportunity portfolio with source traceability and action items Link researchbacked decisions to execution and measurable results
CrossFunctional Program Management
Coordinate Prime research demand and crossfunctional dependencies across teams Connect research across products to map the endtoend Prime journey and remove silos Balance competing priorities for research resources participants and CRM capacity Establish delivery plans key decisions risks and escalations for complex research initiatives Support crossproduct research directly shaping Prime strategy and member experience
ExecutiveLevel Stakeholder Management
Advise Prime Product Directors and executives with actionable research insights Summarize evidence into clear recommendations tradeoffs and risk assessments Regularly share insights knowledge gaps and research priorities with leaders Identify research gaps early to derisk key product investments Transparently report research limitations and confidence levels Guide roadmaps using objective evidencebased data
Research Operations
Internal Member Participant Recruitment Management Lead teamwide CRM participant recruitment as the primary owner Manage recruitment workflows including prioritization targeting scheduling incentives and CRM QA Maintain a central roadmap calendar and contact records for crossteam outreach Enforce contact frequency fatigue privacy consent and sample quality controls Align crossteam recruitment to eliminate duplicate outreach and scheduling conflicts Monitor campaign metrics and membercontact risks to improve the CRM operating model
Research Operations Infrastructure
Build scalable research infrastructure including RACIs SOPs intake and templates Set research planning participant management evidence traceability and quality standards Track operations metrics to remove bottlenecks and increase speed reliability and output Partner with UR leadership and UXD Ops to define operational ownership Develop business cases for dedicated Research Operations capacity
AI Transformation and Operations
Scale responsible AI workflows from planning to impact tracking Prioritize AI use cases that clear bottlenecks and improve accessibility Set validation privacy traceability and quality controls Pilot and scale AI workflows based on quality and output impact Drive adoption with guidelines while keeping researchers accountable

Essential experience
5years of UXbehavioral research experience in digital products ecommerce SaaS or subscriptions Proven leadership in strategic research influencing product roadmaps and business decisions Strong mixedmethods expertise across qualitative and quantitative research Skill in synthesizing multisource evidence into actionable recommendations Ability to advise and influence Product Directors and executive stakeholders Experience with recruitment customer panels and scalable research operations Strong systems thinking to build governance workflows and measurable operational controls Crossfunctional collaboration with Product Design Data CRM Legal and Privacy teams Applied experience using AI in research workflows with strong evidence quality and privacy judgment Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Valuable additional experience
Advanced survey design experimentation or statistical analysis R Python SPSS SQL Excel UX lab experience in experimental research eyetracking or biometrics Membership subscription loyalty retention or LTV research Travel international ecommerce or multiproduct user journey experience Familiarity with research repositories taxonomies or AI knowledge systems Coordinating recruitment via CRM or owned customer channels Setting participantcontact fatigue or sampling policies Crosscountry multilanguage or crosscultural research experience Fluency in Spanish German French or Italian English is standard
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Applied AI Tools: Demonstrated comfort using practical AI tools such as Gemini or other AIpowered assistants Experimentation Mindset: Curiosity and eagerness to explore experiment with and integrate emerging AIdriven solutions into workflows AIEnhanced Problem Solving: Ability to effectively leverage AI tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity Adaptability and Learning Agility: Enthusiastic about continuously learning and quickly adapting to new AI features and capabilities
