How You’ll Make an Impact

- You will lead the introduction and preparation of workspaces and tools, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Participate in training on products, production processes, and the organization of Gearbox AST.
- Gain knowledge in APQP methodology and its main deliverables to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and industrialize new products within AST.
- Engage in real projects, documenting actions, risks, deviations, and improvement proposals to drive continuous enhancement.

What You Bring

●You have a solid understanding of office software and technical office practices.

●Experience in defining processes within production teams is essential.

●Familiarity with APQP methodology and preventive quality practices is a must.

●You are skilled in developing and executing validations and prototyping.

●Knowledge of health and safety standards, lean manufacturing, and leadership in team coordination will set you apart.
