About the role
We are looking for an Linux Administrator profile to join a strategic project within the banking sector, in an international environment and focused on DevOps tools. ? Responsibilities
- Provide technical and functional support for production applications within a specific business line or application portfolio.
- Ensure the availability, stability, and operational performance of production services.
- Monitor and ensure the successful execution of batch processes, data transfers, and application interfaces.
- Manage production incidents, coordinating their resolution to restore service as quickly as possible and preparing Post Incident Reviews (PIRs).
- Implement and maintain monitoring solutions for the technical and functional components of applications.
- Analyze application performance through logs, traces, and events, identifying opportunities to improve service quality and user experience.
- Coordinate and manage application releases within the production environment.
- Manage application access in accordance with security policies and best practices.
- Create and maintain operational procedures, technical documentation,



and knowledge base articles.
- Schedule and supervise automated jobs and batch processing.
- Perform technical integration of applications using existing platforms and services to streamline deployments.
- Collaborate with Development, Operations, Infrastructure, and Business teams to plan and implement application changes and enhancements.
- Manage application capacity and perform maintenance activities, including data purging when required.
- Verify the successful execution of backup and recovery processes.
- Act as a technical expert for IT Operations on production and infrastructure-related matters.
- Drive continuous improvement through automation, preventive analysis, and optimization of production support processes. ?️ Mandatory requirements
- Operational knowledge of Linux systems.
- Knowledge of DevOps environments: Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes.
- English speaker (minimum B2) ? Nice to have
